We love this this restaurant is just down the road from our house. The food is marvelous and the people are very friendly. My biggest complaint is that the portions are HUGE!!

Amazing flavor, fast service and food is made to order, it comes out piping hot. That is one thing I could complain about is I always burn my mouth cause I can not wait for it to cool down. Very nice staff. I recommend the wonton soup, the broth is unbelievable and so delicious you could slurp it all day. They have a delivery service to boot. Great Place A Must Try.

I prefer this location to the one in Fort Smith. Very clean restaurant with a friendly atmosphere. Polite and attentive wait staff. If you're local, you should try them for lunch. Not only are they fast, they have a frequent eaters card for lunch. The price is very reasonable for the amount and quality of food. I'm very picky about tofu and they cook it perfectly in every vegetarian dish.

This food is flippin delicious. I get it delivered at work and it lasts for days. I'm not super fond of the Spicy Bean Curd, but I love their General Tso's and the Mongolian Beef Lo Mien. And their Cream Cheese Wontons and Eggdrop Soup are the absolute best in the area!

We've eaten here approximately 10 times. I've tried a variety of different things. Everything I've had has been average to above average compared to other places. Nothing is bad, but there's nothing I would describe as great. It's all pretty good, not amazing. The prices seem very reasonable, if not a little low in some cases. It's usually pretty fast, & the staff is nice, but we have had to flag the waitress down more times than I would like for refills, etc.

We stayed in Van Buren passing through Oklahoma and Arkansas. There was a flyer from Hong Kong Chinese in the room. We decided to visit and order take out. It is near a WalMart, so it was easy to find. The interior was typical Chinese decor as we made our order. The prices and serving size are very good are very good. When we got back to the motel room, there were no forks, spoons, etc...disappointed. The food was good after we asked the front desk for their utensils.

This is probably the one of the best Chinese restaurants I've ever eaten at. We've only ever had one bad experiences after all the times we've been there. Anyway, most of the food I've tried here is delicious and you get a lot of it.

I love Hong Kong Fort Smith and Hong Kong Van Buren is just as delicious! The Van Buren location is much smaller and the interior leaves a lot to be desired. I don't know if I'll ever have a date there, but I'll definitely grab some takeout or call for delivery. The owners are the same as the location in Fort Smith and the quality is great. I've always had hot, crispy, white meat chicken and crunchy egg rolls!

I've been settling into Van Buren for the past year, and I've been extremely disappointed with the delivery services available. Domino's will not deliver to my neighborhood even though it takes about 3 minutes to get here. This is probably due to their archaic mapping system. Pizza Hut has been my only option. Anyways, I was excited they opened the Hong Kong restaurant which offered delivery in Van Buren. From reading the couple of reviews that I could find, I'm sure the food is really good. However, I couldn't find a menu for the Van Buren location at all on the internet. So, I used the Fort Smith location menu to place my order because its the same owner/management, apparently. Two of the three dishes I ordered were not available at my location, which was unfortunate because they were a little different than standard Chinese fare. That was what attracted me at first to the place. To the owners of the restaurant: please at least post photos of your menu on yelp or urbanspoon so people can call in delivery. Also, I believe that keeping some of your non-traditional choices from your Fort Smith location would be beneficial.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
